Everad is growing and investing for the future!

Everad has been growing steadily for many years and the need for a new step to support development was keenly felt.
The decision in favour of a new building was driven by the rationale of giving more resources to our people in the form of a new storage hall covering nearly 1500 m² that can accommodate close to 1000 pallets, which is now fully operational.
In parallel with the new construction, we have reorganized our production facilities to increase efficiency.
The building incorporates latest construction technology and contributes to our QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) policy, particularly through:
- Insulation to reduce energy consumption,
- Indoor and outdoor sensor LED lighting to reduce electricity consumption,
- Heat recovery system for indoor heating,
- Glazed windows that let in natural light for greater employee comfort,
- Rainwater harvesting,
- Separation of internal and external flows on the site for optimum safety,
- Dock access doors with reinforced insulation to prevent heat loss in winter,
- Parking ramps for quick, safe and easy loading,
- Secure access to the site,
- Storage of adhesives in optimal conditions,
- Special offices and amenities that improve the working conditions of employees,
- Incorporation of a specially designed modern pallet wrapping system for greater quality and safety.
