In recent years, we have invested significantly in the development of adhesives for the production of sandwich panels and lightweight construction panels. The manufacture of these panels intended for transport and construction meets very high requirements because there are numerous central cores associated with the different facings depending on the final destination of the panels.
These lightweight construction panels are the association of different central cores with different facings. Many combinations are possible and new ones are emerging regularly, meeting the innovation needs of manufacturers and market demand.
For reasons of productivity and cost control, many manufacturers were looking for a single-component glue with a very fast setting speed.
Everad has done this with Everad RPM® VP 2051/3.
Everad RPM® VP 2051/3 glue has been developed specifically for this type of application.
